At New Vision, we want children and their families to know God and how much He loves them. We do this by partnering with families to lead children to lives of gospel transformation, through creative services that teach the life-changing message of Jesus Christ!

Programming will last around one hour.

CHECK-IN

New families, we suggest parking in the back parking lot and using Welcome 3. You will be welcomed at one of our manned kiosks where we will gather some information and find the right class for your child. You will receive a name tag for your child to wear and a security tag to keep for pick up.

Returning families can go to any kiosk and enter your phone number to receive your tags.

What to Expect

THURSDAYS & SUNDAYS WORSHIP

Every Thursday night and Sunday morning, our children experience an exciting and safe environment that captures their hearts and attention using Large and Small Group sessions.

LARGE GROUP

Every service begins with corporate worship including music from our live worship team. We have engaging, Jesus-centered Bible teaching in our Large Group time and then move into Small Groups.

SMALL GROUPS

Small Groups connect children in community with other kids their age. Our group leaders use fun, age-appropriate activities and games to reinforce the lesson from the Bible story.

WEDNESDAYS WORSHIP

The Grow Show is a Bible-themed variety show for kids! It’s a high energy, fun-filled live show that incorporates skits, stage games, interactive videos, contests, and more, that intentionally teaches kids about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After the show, the kids can engage with the content more in a brief Small Group session. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

Next Steps for Kids

Is your child asking questions about SALVATION OR BAPTISM? Have they recently prayed to trust Jesus as their Savior and Lord? We would love to come alongside your family as you help your child take their next step in faith.

Next Steps Class

We offer a 3-week class designed for both kids and parents called Next Steps Class for Kids. During this class, we walk through Scripture together and help children understand:

  • The Gospel and what it means to follow Jesus
  • Salvation and what it looks like in their life
  • Baptism and why it matters
  • Communion and its significance

While this class is not required, it is highly recommended to help your child build a strong biblical foundation and fully understand the decision they are making.

Our Next Steps Class for Kids class is offered quarterly.

PROCESS

Before being baptized, each child will meet one-on-one with a member of our Children’s Ministry Staff team. This conversation helps ensure your child clearly understands their faith and feels confident in their decision.

Discipleship Essentials Pathway

The Discipleship Essentials Pathway is a seventeen module (one per year), age-appropriate discipleship plan designed to help parents and mentors disciple children, students, and young adults in their relationship with Jesus. Each year includes one module focused on a core truth of the Christian faith (like God, Jesus, or Holiness) from kindergarten through college.

AXIS

Axis Resources connect parents, pastors, teachers, guidance counselors, and any caring adult to the teens and pre-teens in their lives through meaningful conversation. By helping you engage the ever-changing world of pop-culture we hope to help teens develop a Christian worldview and life-long faith in Jesus Christ. Axis enters you into the conversations of today's youth and equips you to help them navigate the world in a God-honoring way.
