Meet Carlos and Erin DePaz have been married for 17 years and have three children: Roberto (15); Carla (13); and Ariana (10). Carlos has had the privilege of serving in full-time ministry for the past 16 years at three different churches working in finance and administration and holds a seminary degree along with being a certified public accountant. Erin has served in ministry as a full-time Christian school teacher, ESL ministry, and most currently as a biblical counselor. She holds a Spanish degree and is fluent in the language. Carlos and Erin have hosted and led small groups in their home and look forward to leading a small group here at New Vision.

Co-Leaders

Meet co-leaders Bryan and Heather Barrett, dedicated members of New Vision since 2019. Bryan has served as a deacon since 2020, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience from a previous church where he served in a similar capacity alongside teaching Sunday School. Married since 1998, Bryan and Heather cherish their Sundays together despite Heather residing in a nursing home due to cerebral palsy since 2018. Their pride and joy are their children; Dalton, who serves as the Middle & High School Pastor at New Vision Buchanan, and their daughter Bobbye, who aspires to become a teacher and lends a helping hand in the church's preschool ministry. Bryan's professional journey has been equally enriching, with a longstanding tenure at WGNS Radio in Murfreesboro, where he currently serves as station manager. Additionally, he finds joy in broadcasting high school games, a passion he's pursued since 1994. Recently, Bryan launched Rutherford Weather, a local weather channel, adding to his repertoire of interests. Amidst his busy schedule, Bryan looks forward to diving into the Word once again, eager to contribute to the group's activities upon the opening of their new building, offering his service on Sundays despite his demanding weekly commitments.
