Bless a Child Through Our Corrections Ministry
Every child deserves to feel seen, known, and loved—especially during the Christmas season.
At New Vision, our commitment to sharing the hope of Jesus extends beyond our walls and into our local correctional facility through the Bless a Child Christmas Offering. This offering is part of a deeply meaningful event designed for children who have a parent incarcerated at the Rutherford County Correctional Work Center.
Each year, these children are invited to experience a special morning with their incarcerated loved one. Together, they enjoy a warm meal, hear the gospel, and receive personalized Christmas gifts—gifts made possible by the generosity of people like you.
How You Can Help:
1. Pray
Join us in praying for:
Inmates, as they prepare to return to their families—may their hearts be open to Christ’s transforming love.
Children and caregivers, who carry the weight of separation—may they find peace, healing, and lasting hope.
The event, that it would be a holy moment filled with reconciliation, joy, and the good news of Jesus.
2. Give
From November 5 to December 3, we’re collecting donations for the Bless a Child offering.
Your giving directly provides:
Christmas meals for participating families
Personalized, age-appropriate gifts for each child
Support for a moment of connection that many of these families rarely experience and more
our generosity helps turn a painful season into one of joy, dignity, and deep spiritual impact.
