We are thrilled to share the latest progress on the construction of our new small group building. The project is moving forward at a steady pace, and we can't wait to see this space come to life.

Exterior Construction Highlights:

• Structural Steel Completion: The foundation of our small group building is solid, with the structural steel phase now successfully completed.
• Metal Stud Framing and Sheathing: Progress on the exterior walls is well underway, with the metal stud framing nearly complete. The yellow sheathing, a crucial step in the construction process, is currently ongoing.
• Roof Installation: A significant milestone is on the horizon as we prepare to install the roof. This marks a crucial step towards weatherproofing our new space.
• Facade Transformation: In the coming weeks, watch for the transformation of the exterior. The yellow sheathing will be finished and covered with a blue weatherproofing material. The brickwork will then begin to ascend, covering the first floor initially and progressing to the second floor and beyond in selected areas.
• Interior Progress: Inside the small group building, remarkable progress has been made:
  • HVAC, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, and Electrical: The installation of HVAC ductwork, fire sprinkler piping, plumbing, and electrical systems is well underway, ensuring the building will be equipped for comfort and safety.
  • Framing of Interior Walls: The interior is taking shape with the framing of interior walls, providing a glimpse of the spaces where small groups will meet.

Interior Development Update:

• Connection Space Completion: We are thrilled to announce that the new hallway from The Hub to the Small Groups Building & Fellowship Hall entrance has been completed and is now open for use.
• Punchlist Progress: Our construction team is diligently working through the punchlist, addressing any remaining items to ensure that every detail is perfected.
