We're excited to share the latest updates on the construction and interior renovations currently underway. These updates mark significant progress in our efforts to open our new Small Groups building by the fall of 2024.

Building Update: Laying the Foundation for Success
The construction work at our church is in full swing, and we're happy to report that significant progress has been made:

• Foundation Work: Our foundation work has begun, forming the basis of the new Small Groups. A strong foundation is vital for the longevity and stability of our building, and we're ensuring it's done right from the start.
• Site Sewer Installation: Ensuring proper infrastructure, the site sewer installation has been completed. This step is critical for the proper functioning of our facilities.
• Elevator Pit and Plumbing: We've made great strides in accessibility by installing the elevator pit and necessary plumbing beneath the slab. This will make our building more inclusive and accessible to all members of our congregation.
• Slab Preparation: We're now gearing up to pour the concrete slab, which will be the base for the floors throughout the building. This is an exciting step as we watch our new space take shape.
• Steel Erection: While we have an eye on the future, tentative plans are set for erecting the steel in mid-September. This phase will bring vertical growth to our construction as we start to see the framework of our new space.

Interior Renovations: Improving the Overall Flow of Our Campus
Our interior renovations have kicked off, and we're already witnessing transformative changes:

• Demolition Work: The old office entrance area, coffee bar area, and The Chapel have all undergone the demolition process. Making way for new designs and layouts, this step is pivotal in reimagining our interior spaces. 
• Enhancing The Chapel: As part of the renovations, The Chapel is receiving a fresh update. 

Impact on Small Groups and Weekend Worship: Seamless Transition
We understand that changes in our physical space can sometimes lead to adjustments in our routines. However, we want to assure you that we're committed to making this transition as smooth as possible:

• Wednesday Small Groups: The flow of traffic for Wednesday small groups will not be affected. We have made arrangements to ensure that all small group activities proceed with minimal interruptions. 
• Weekend Worship: For those attending weekend worship, access to the Fellowship Hall remains unaltered. 
• Wednesday Women's Groups: For our Wednesday Women's AM groups, we have arranged for meetings to take place in the Worship Center. The entrances at Welcome 3 and Welcome 1 are available for your convenience.
• Wednesday Women's PM Groups: Our Wednesday Women's PM groups will continue to meet in the Chapel and Room 503. All entrances are accessible for these groups. New groups can check in at The Chapel.
