Generosity is a recurring expression of our faith; it’s a reflection of God’s love. But we often struggle with how to do that well. We wait for a crisis or disaster. Here are six opportunities for you to engage in Practical Generosity anytime. Visit the Missions web page, and scroll down to our list of Local Mission Opportunities for more ideas:
Give new or gently used women’s white shirts and flat shoes to Amelia’s Closet
Household furniture, bed frames and kitchen items to Doors of Hope
New or gently used men’s work clothes and steel-toed boots to Next Steps Resources (thru New Vision Prison Ministry)
New or gently used spring season children’s clothing to Greenhouse Ministries
Bring snack items to the missions collections area at the Fellowship Hall for our health care & first responder gift bags to be filled on Servant Saturday, April 10th
If you have access to something truly unique that the Lord has provided you (examples: 20x20 storage unit, house that missionaries could use, extra vehicle), please contact the Mission Team for more info on how to engage your unique & practical gift,
