You and your families are invited to worship with us in-person THIS WEEKEND!

Church will look a little different as we resume meeting at our campuses, but we are making the worship experience as safe and sanitized as possible. Below you'll learn what you can expect coming back.

We will be limiting the number of guests at each service to be sure social distancing guidelines are followed. This means we're asking you to let us know you're coming. Register below by letting us know which campus you will be attending, the service time, and the number of people in your family including children and students. Families visiting the Battlefield Campus with children are invited to join us in the Children's Building for a Family-Friendly Worship Experience.

In an effort to make available space for all guests who register for the Sunday services, we ask that you RSVP by Saturday at 6pm.

Thursday: 6:15 PM
Sunday: 8:20, 9:40, 11:00 AM

When you arrive, our welcome team will help direct you to a parking space that will help maintain social distancing and guide you through a contactless experience. Our team will be wearing masks and will direct each of your steps seamlessly from your car directly to your seat. At all times we will assist you in maintaining a 6-foot safe distance as you are seated. Additional volunteers will be available at the Resource Stations located outside the entrance with hand sanitizer, masks, gloves, and at-risk bracelets. The bracelets are available for anyone who wants to indicate they are part of the at-risk population.

Quick reminder, the South Atrium entrance is now OPEN!

YELLOW PARKING: Guests who park in the yellow lot will enter/exit through the South Entrance.

RED PARKING: Guests who park in the red lot will enter/exit through the North Entrance.

• Shuttle Buses will not be available so please make plans to park on campus. (Battlefield Campus only)
• Preschool Entrance will be closed.

To help maintain social distancing we are asking everyone visiting the Battlefield Campus to enter through the North & South Atrium Entrances, and anyone visiting the Buchanan Campus to enter through the East & West Atrium Doors. We will be cleaning in between services so be looking for the Atrium doors to open for your cue to enter OR the signs held by volunteers that indicate “Come On In”.  Volunteers will help direct each family unit to their designated worship area and guide you to a seat. Our service host will be available onstage to help provide additional information as you enter and directions for dismissal. We appreciate in advance, your flexibility to sit somewhere other than you are used to or a place that may not be quite as convenient as you’re used to.

Battlefield Campus - Once the Worship Center is filled, seating will proceed to The Chapel. Families with children will be guided to the Children's Building for a Family-Friendly Worship Experience.

Buchanan Campus - Once the Worship Center is filled, seating will proceed to the Children's Building (Portable) for additional seating.

Once service is finished, a volunteer will dismiss you by rows and sections and direct you to which doors to exit. As much as we'd all love to stay and socialize, in the interest of safety, please continue moving until you reach your car to help give us time to clean before the next service begins.

We recommend you bring a mask for each member of your family. If you forget, we will provide one for you at the Resource Station. We are following the CDC guidelines and are strongly encouraging all guests to wear a mask in order to attend the worship service. We ask that masks to be worn at all times out of love and concern for others in our church and in our community.

There will be no small groups, preschool, kids, or student programming at our campuses on the weekend. Your children are invited to join you for the Family-Friendly Worship Experience in the Children's Building, hosted by Children's Pastor Josh Reyenga (Battlefield Campus only).

We will be making the building as safe as possible in accordance with the guidance issued by the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based & Community Initiatives:
• Staff and volunteers will be wearing masks and will be screened before service begins.
• Every chair will be sanitized prior to and between each worship experience in accordance with CDC guidelines.
• We will have hand sanitizer stations available around our campuses.
• Greeters will give a friendly smile or wave rather than a handshake to help keep our services contactless.
No handouts of any kind will be distributed but you can access Sermon Notes through the Bible app. Simply open the app, click the More tab, then Events, where you’ll find New Vision.
• Tithes may be dropped off in the secure boxes at each exit or submitted online. The offering plate will not be passed.
• No coffee will be provided
• We encourage all attendees over the age of 65 or those who have a compromised immune system to worship with us online.

Anyone attending will be expected to self-screen before leaving home, including taking their temperature. If you have had any of the following symptoms this week, please worship with us online:
• Fever Over 100.4
• Cough or Sore Throat
• Shortness of Breath
• Contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 (in the past 14 days)
