NIGHT VISION Respite care program for families with special needs children.
IElders First is a Day Program for people age 55+, provided by the Adult Day Services Association.
Participants enjoy a well-rounded schedule of activities, surrounded by an atmosphere of acceptance and loving kindness — creating moments of joy as elders and their families are helped to adjust to life changes, aging, and memory loss.
Aging individuals need opportunities to keep their minds alert, a stimulating program of enjoyable activities, and to be surrounded by friends who care. For those elderly family members who need supervision in order to continue living at home, Elders First provides a place to receive the best day time care possible. Including:Caring, professional staff members who make personal service a top priority.
Dignified assistance and support with personal care needs.
Carefully planned activities to create friendships and promote self worth.
A daily exercise program to enhance physical wellness.
Increased personal safety with supervision in a protective environment.
A chance for the caregiver to rest and relax to help maintain their own health and strength.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at New Vision Baptist Church.
Costs: Full Day (up to 8 hours) $ 35 | Half Day (up to 4 hours) $ 20.00Elders First Services Provided By:
