Meet Our Staff

Brady is responsible for giving overall vision and providing direction to New Vision. He also oversees our Church Leadership Council and Deacon teams. Brady has served as our Senior Pastor since 2003. He and his wife Amy have two sons, Will and Clay.

Ray provides leadership to our Executive Team. He also oversees our Personnel and Vision Teams. He and his wife Sharon have two grown sons, Joshua and Austin

Doug provides direction and leadership to our Outreach, Communications and Smyrna Campus staff teams. Doug has served on staff since 1996. He and his wife Janice have two grown sons, Brian and Tyler.

Mark is the team leader for our Adult Discipleship Ministry. He also supervises and provides direction for our Preschool, Children, Student and College-Age ministries. He and his wife Colleen have three children, Lauren, Tiffany, and John.

Robert oversees the band and music for our worship services, as well as our AV Ministries team. Robert joined our staff in 2008. He and his wife Jennifer have one child, Madden.

Lynn is provides oversight for the church budget and facilities. He is also provides leadership to the Communications team. He and his wife Susan have two boys, Cooper and Riley.

We like to refer to Eric as our “Holiday Pastor” as it seems those are the Sundays he fills our pulpit. Eric is one of America’s great leaders and teacher of the Gospel. His full time job is with LifeWay as Vice President of the Church Resource Division. In addition to helping Brady throughout the year with teaching, he also provides needed council and consulting to our ever growing church body and staff. He and his wife Kaye have two children, Eden and Evie.

Jeannie assists Brady Cooper and Ray Moss and is responsible for maintaining all personnel information. She has been on staff since 2009. Jeannie and her husband John have two grown children, Kristi and Kelly.

Connie assists Jeannie Ayers in a variety of ways. She also works with Ray Moss with our Legacy Ministry. Connie joined our staff in 2011.
